• A clearer way to claim an invited account — The claim screen now shows you the invitation you're claiming, you can resend the confirmation code or discard the claim, and the code entry works like the one you use to sign in.

Fixes​

• Claiming an invitation you'd already opened — If you had clicked your invite link and signed in once before, claiming that invitation could fail at the final step with "Verification failed". It now completes, and the invited email or phone number is properly released to your account.
• Screen readers on the claim screen — Using a screen reader on the claim screen no longer causes an error on web.

What's New​

• Claim the account your invitation created — If someone invited you by email and someone (or the same person) invited you by phone, each invitation created its own pending account. When you add the second contact detail to your profile, we now send a one-time code to it — confirm the code and everything waiting on that invitation, including anything shared with you, moves into the account you're signed in to. This works during sign-up and from your profile settings.

What's New​

• Save your card, pay faster next time — You can save your card during checkout and it will be offered the next time you pay. A new Billing tab in your account settings shows your saved cards and lets you remove one whenever you like.
• Bring people into a conversation — You can now invite someone into a conversation thread, add people directly from the conversation itself, and take part on behalf of a group you belong to rather than only as yourself.

Improvements​

• Consent, spelled out at booking — Booking a scan now presents the Privacy Collection Notice and the Release My Scan Results terms as part of the flow, with a clear checkbox, so you can see exactly what you're agreeing to.

Fixes​

• Terms readable during sign-up — The Terms and Privacy Policy links in onboarding opened behind the sign-up dialog, so you couldn't actually read them. They now open properly.
• Apple and Google sign-in on Safari — Safari sometimes blocked the sign-in window as a pop-up, leaving the button doing nothing. The window now opens reliably.

What's New​

• Edits save as you go — Changes you make to content are saved inline while you edit, so stepping away, switching pages or losing your connection no longer means losing work to a save button you hadn't pressed yet.

• Matches cover everything you asked for — When you request more than one service, you're only matched with providers who can do all of them, instead of seeing options that could only take part of your booking.

• Every booked service is named — Appointment confirmations listed only the first service when you had booked several. They now name each one.

What's New​

• Sign in without leaving OnEarly — Signing in happens on an OnEarly screen. Enter your phone number or email address and we'll send you a one-time code, or continue with Apple or Google and go straight to the provider. Whichever method you used last time is marked, and you can correct your address from the code screen.
• Export any content as a PDF — PDF export now covers any piece of content rather than only a path, and the file it produces bundles nested form PDFs and attachments alongside the main document. On the web app the export sits in the row menu on content tables and saved views, so you can start it from a list instead of opening the item first.
• API keys for your group — Group admins can create, list and revoke a group's API keys from its settings, under Developer. A new key's value is shown once, at the moment you create it, and a key can be given an expiry date.

Improvements​

• Only the notification channels that apply — Notification settings now offer just the channels a given notification can actually be delivered on, instead of showing toggles that could never take effect.
• Cancelled tasks say so — A task that has been cancelled now carries a Cancelled label, drops its action buttons, and stops counting as something you still have to finish. You can still open it to look back over it.
• Keep moving while earlier work finishes — A step that is waiting on someone else no longer holds up the rest of a path. You can carry on with the steps that are yours to do, and the waiting step stays visible with its own status.
• Attachments stay with their content — Attachments no longer appear as separate rows in your content feed. They show inside the content that holds them.
• Tidier account settings — The account settings tabs have been relabelled and reordered, and the page is wider, so every tab is reachable instead of the last few being cut off.

Fixes​

• Clear feedback when a sign-in request can't go ahead — If a sign-in request can't be completed, the reason appears on the form.
• Signing out is immediate — You're signed out straight away.
• Deleting a block no longer costs you your later edits — After removing a block from the editor, every change you made afterwards was lost when you saved, with no error to explain it. Saving behaves normally again.
• Fields added to a saved content type stay added — Adding a field to a content type you had already saved reported success but kept nothing: the field was gone when you reopened the type, and missing from anything you created with it.
• Reopening a content type keeps it a content type — Refreshing, deep-linking or bookmarking the edit page for a content type reopened it as though it were ordinary content, which showed the wrong editing tools and could stop it saving at all.
• Long titles read in full — Page headers cut long titles off mid-phrase. They now wrap instead of ending in an ellipsis.
• No more zooming on iPhone — Tapping a text field in Safari on iPhone zoomed the page in and never zoomed back out. Fields are now sized so the browser leaves the zoom alone, and pinch-zoom still works everywhere.
• Edit on task pages — Task pages offered no Edit action at all, whatever your permissions allowed. Edit now appears whenever you have edit access, and the Share action on those pages works rather than doing nothing.

What's New​

• More than one email address — Your account has a new Emails tab: see every address on the account, add another, confirm it with a six-digit code, make one primary, or remove it. You can also change your mobile number in place and confirm it by SMS, instead of being sent somewhere else to do it.
• Typed fields for content types — Build a content type out of real typed fields — text, a number with a unit, yes/no, a date, or a set of options — so the values are stored as data rather than loose paragraphs. The editor shows the right input for each field, including the unit alongside a number.
• Link one record to another — A new reference field lets a content type point at another record. Choose which type it links to when you build it, pick the item when you fill it in, and give the link a label if you want one.
• Step through a path — Every step of a path now has Back and Next at the bottom, so you can work straight through instead of returning to the overview between steps. Next becomes available once the step is done, and the final step takes you back to the path.
• Connect your own tools to the assistant — On the web app, a new Integrations tab in your account settings — and in group settings, for group admins — lets you connect an external tool so your assistant can use it. Add a name and address, approve it with the provider, and the tools it contributes appear on the row.
• Approve changes before the assistant makes them — When the assistant wants to create or change your content, it now asks first and shows exactly what it intends to do. Anything it created on its own appears as a card you can take ownership of.

Improvements​

• Search covers all your content — The content search box now searches the whole list rather than filtering the rows already on screen, so items that aren't on the current page still turn up. Enter several words and all of them have to match. It works on the Content list and on any saved or pinned view.
• Attachments render as cards — An attachment held inside a piece of content now shows as a card with View and Download actions, instead of having to be tracked down separately.
• Create records from a pinned view — Pinned content views now carry a New button on web and an add button on mobile, which creates a record of the type the view already filters by.
• A default country for phone questions — Whoever builds a form can now set the country a phone question starts on, so a form written for another country no longer defaults to +61.
• Uploaded pages fit their content — An uploaded HTML document now grows to its own height instead of scrolling inside a fixed frame, so the page scrolls once rather than twice.

Fixes​

• All your groups in the switcher — The group switcher stopped at ten groups and quietly hid the rest. It now lists up to twenty-five.
• Forms you can't answer no longer look editable — A form shared with you as read-only still let you type and sign, then lost the lot when it saved. Fields are now read-only from the start, and a change the server rejects stays on screen instead of disappearing behind a message.
• A shared link you can't open now offers a way in — Opening shared content while signed out showed "Can't find that page". It now offers to sign you in and returns you to the item afterwards. Content that genuinely doesn't exist still says so, and content you don't have access to says that instead.
• Readable errors in chat — Chat no longer shows raw technical error text from the systems behind it. You get a short, plain message instead, and if part of the processing fails you're told that your content was still saved.
• The calendar works on small screens — The month arrows no longer vanish on narrow phones, the day grid shows a full seven-day week again instead of leaving Saturday empty, choosing a greyed-out day moves to that month, and today is outlined.
• Group content lists no longer skip records — Records credited to more than one author could disappear from a group's content table while the count still included them.
• Full-screen previews on mobile web — The backdrop behind a full-screen image or file preview now covers the whole screen instead of leaving a white strip at the bottom, and the Escape key closes it.

What's New​

• Notification preferences — Choose which push notifications you get. Turn topics like content shares and group invites on or off; everything stays on until you change it.
• Optional steps in care paths — Path steps can now be marked optional and skipped, so a path only asks for what's relevant — including a new Medicare card step.
• Preset options on checklist questions — Forms can now come with checklist options already ticked by default.

• Custom views for your content — Build your own table view of a content type: pick which columns show, save the view, pin it to your group's sidebar, and share it with other group members so everyone sees the content the same way.

• Onboarding "Can't find that page" — Opening the first steps of an onboarding flow no longer shows a "Can't find that page" or server error; the editor now recovers gracefully from incomplete content.

• Clearer sharing emails — Invitation emails now name the content and group being shared, link to the correct item, and show the right title.

• Talk to the assistant with your voice — A microphone button on the chat screen starts a live voice conversation with the assistant. Speak naturally and it responds in real time, so you can create and work through content hands-free.
• Workflows — A new Workflows area lets you build automated sequences of steps. Workflows can start manually, on a schedule, or when something happens, and they support branching, steps that run in parallel, reusable sub-workflows, and approval points where a person signs off before the run continues.
• Design your own content types — Group admins can now define custom content structures from a set of building blocks — text, headings, sections, links, tables, files, and forms — in a drag-and-drop editor, so a group's content follows a shape that fits the way it works.
• Reusable content templates — Save a piece of content as a reusable template, reuse it across your account or share it with a group, instead of rebuilding the same structure each time.
• Add a Path inside your content — You can now drop a Path directly into the content editor, alongside text, forms, and other blocks, so a guided journey can live inside a larger piece of content.
• Configure webhooks — A new Developer area in Account and Group settings lets you set up webhook delivery, so external systems can be notified when things happen in OnEarly.

• Redesigned navigation — Your main destinations — Home, Groups, Activity, Paths, and Workflows — now live in a persistent side panel on web, desktop, and mobile, with a quick group switcher and a list of your recent chats so you can pick up where you left off.

What's New​

• Share with people who don't have an account — When you share an activity, you can now turn on Allow access without signing in. The recipient gets a link in their email or SMS that opens the content read-only, with no sign-up required. Passcode-protected and expiring links work the same way — the recipient is prompted for the passcode, and the link stops working past its expiry. If you later sign in, you get your full view back automatically.
• Attach files in chat — A new + button on the chat input lets you add a file (PDF, image, and more). The assistant can read what you attach and use it in the conversation.
• The assistant can ask you to decide things inline — Instead of plain-text back-and-forth, the assistant can now show a card right in the chat to acknowledge, confirm, approve or reject, pick from a list, or select multiple options — including choosing one or more groups.
• Ask the assistant to invite people to a group — You can ask the assistant in plain language to invite someone to a group by email or phone, and it handles the invite for you instead of switching to the group's member screen.

Improvements​

• Group Content table — Clicking a value in the Type column now opens a dedicated page showing only content of that type. The Author column also shows the right identity depending on how content was created — the group, a group member, or an individual.
• Section-level sharing — You can now share content at the section level for finer-grained control over what a recipient sees.

What's New​

• Sign up with just a phone number — You can now register with only a mobile number (SMS one-time code) or only an email. Whichever identifier you don't provide at sign-up can be added later from your profile, and existing accounts that were missing one or the other are being topped up automatically.
• Group Settings → Advanced tab — Group Settings now has a fourth tab on the right, Advanced, which exposes a Public / Private / Secret visibility selector and houses the Delete Group action (moved out of General). The visibility selector currently shows your group's setting and will become editable in an upcoming release.

Improvements​

• Onboarding no longer asks for sex at birth — The complete-profile dialog has been simplified. Information that depends on it (e.g. pathology test selection) will be collected at the point of need, rather than upfront.
• "+ Add activity" in Group Content is now a dropdown — The single button has been replaced with a dropdown, anchoring future "Add [content type]" entry points. Choosing "Add new from blank" routes you straight into the right authoring flow.
• Login URL Routing — Visiting onearly.com/login from a marketing page (or any external link) now renders the OnEarly landing screen with the Access OnEarly button, instead of bouncing through a redirect spinner. If you're already signed in, you land directly on the app.

• Fixed an issue where typing an email or phone number into a share, invite, or member-roles dialog and then clicking or tabbing away would clear the field, sometimes followed by a misleading "required" error.

• Delete a group — Group admins can now delete a group they administer from Group Settings → Danger Zone. Content authored by members while they were in the group remains visible to its original authors.
